Description

Adding a TestDriver on the lines of ExampleDriver. This will give a convenient command line to submit test DAGs to a cluster. The first cut has a FaultToleranceTestRunner that takes the name of a fault tolerance test dag and its failure config file as arguments and runs the dag on the cluster. The example is for illustration purposes. Once we have a few complex cases we can figure out how to organize the code/test specification better.
