Enable all scenarios in TestRecovery

    Description

      In TEZ-4173, a regression has been investigated (caused by TEZ-4140), which was missed because we choose test cases in TestRecovery randomly. I think we should enable all cases in TestRecovery, even before speeding up tests (in TEZ-4149), as according to the current precommit workload, we can afford to have a longer test run, and we should detect regressions as early as possible.
