Description
We can define a reporting mechanism or event to enable the IPO's to report how they spent their time. When an attempt is on the critical path between time T1 and T2 then this attempt timeline will show us what the attempt was doing between T1 and T2. Ideally, these would point to possible local improvements in the attempt itself (because other delays would be captured in the critical path outside T1 and T2). e.g. slow merge operation, slow sort operation.
