Tez UI: App tracking URL should support navigation back

      Description

      If you click on the app tracking URL in the YARN applications page, it takes you to the Tez UI but from then on, clicking back in the browser does not take the user back to the YARN apps page.

      The intermediate redirect page in the browser stack is likely the reason.

        trivial patch uses location.replace instead of location.assign to replace the current url in browser history.
