[TEZ-1968] Tez UI - All vertices of DAG are not listed in vertices page

Description

DAG view and vertices view can be a little misleading at times. I can see that "Reducer 9" is part of the DAG and is listed in DAG view. However, it is not getting listed in Vertices page. I will attach the screen shots soon.
