Description

I would like to get WordUtils, either from commons-lang, or from the branch "TEXT-55" specifically viewable here: https://github.com/apache/commons-text/blob/TEXT-55/src/main/java/org/apache/commons/text/WordUtils.java

Also insert any tests that go along with it.
