Description

Add a simple Base64 string lookup to convert a Base64 string.

For example, "SGVsbG9Xb3JsZCE=" converts to "HelloWorld!".

The Base64 lookup key is "base64", for example "${base64:SGVsbG9Xb3JsZCE=}" converts to "HelloWorld!".
