Description

Currently, as soon as TransactionVisibilityFilter finds a visible cells for a column, it includes it and skips to the next column. This may not be what we want for all applications. Instead we should allow TransactionVisibilityFilter to be constructed with another filter, which will be delegated to when a cell is visible. Current FilterList functionality doesn't cover this, as we always want the TransactionVisibilityFilter visibility restrictions to apply.
