Description

There are some cases where we want to use the same URL sig keys for multiple delivery services. Currently this is handled by using cURL and other manual processes. Traffic Ops should support the ability to copy url sig keys from one DS to another. When this happens Traffic Ops should also create the necessary parameters for the target DS so that URL signing works.
