    Description

      Given TAVERNA-877, the Tool Activity can be made to run Common Workflow Language tools by generating the corresponding "docker run" command line with appropriate folder mappings from CWL's DockerRequirement description in YAML.

      CWL's ShellCommandRequirement could probably be ported directly
