Description
Paul wants to be able to search for a string and find out where it was generated/used. The scope of the search can be specified e.g. just on a particular port, within this workflow run, within runs of this workflow, within all workflow runs
Solution:
GUI for specifying search
Modify reference manager to support searching by string.
Modify provenance query to support searching by reference (returned from above)
Show results in GUI (how?)
Render support for showing search (at least scroll to right place in text area, other renderers can just be shown)
Testing:
Search for specific values in workflow with many outputs.
Search for values that occur multiple times/outputs
Search for values that occur on multiple runs
