Description

To allow access to Amazon S3 storage, the credential manager will need to be able to handle S3 authentication http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AmazonS3/latest/dev/index.html?RESTAuthentication.html

If a user wants to make an S3 call as part of a workflow (which may happen) then S3 authentication is needed for that as well.
