Description

e-Lico appear to have a requirement to partially generate a plan which leads to a partial workflow. Once the partial workflow has been run, then the plan is updated and the workflow updated. Running of the workflow resumes.

This overlaps workflow re-runs and steering. The requirements will need to be analysed in more detail.
