Description

taverna-server now uses webjars for jquery-ui and jquery.

However this means their version numbers are hardcoded in the template, making it tricky or error-prone to update.

As discussed on dev@taverna there is a webjars-locator that can be used to avoid hardcoding jquery version numbers.
