Document format parameter in DatePicker as deprecated

    Description

      As in TAPESTRY-367, the "format" parameter in DatePicker is deprecated and ignored by Tapestry. This isn't documented anywhere, so, it should be marked as deprecated. A warning when using the component in an application could be useful, too.
