[TAPESTRY-2584] AspectInterceptorBuilder should allow for multiple advice per method

Description

Currently, when you create an AspectInterceptorBuilder, you may only advise each method at most once. It would be nice if it were possible to chain together a series of advice for the same method. Eventually, it would be nice to deprecate decorator methods and replace them with a similar approach, based on applied advise.
