[TAPESTRY-2171] @ScriptIncludes does not use the new jsManager like @Shell. Causes "Exception: Missing classpath resource '/dojo-0.4.3/dojo2.js'."

I just upgraded to 4.1.5. I have several pages which use @ScriptIncludes instead of @Shell.

After cut-and-paste of the jsManager changes from Shell.jwc into ScriptIncludes.jwc @ScriptIncludes works fine.
