Don't require page base classes to be in a 'pages' package (or give good warnings)

    Description

      If you have an abstract page class that is not a 'pages' package then it won't be transformed. Either support this or explicitly complain (even throw an exception) when there is a component or page class that extends another class that won't be transformed.
