[TAPESTRY-1716] @Insert does not emit id, yet the basic Ajax example in doco implies it does

Description

The Insert component does not emit the id parameter like most other components.
Consequently, the basic Ajax example in the Tapestry doco does not work
(see Ajax Development Basics http://tapestry.apache.org/tapestry4.1/ajax/basics.html ).

I am led to believe that a fix is to make Insert call AbstractComponent.renderIdAttribute() .
Alternatively, the doco should be fixed. My vote is for fixing Insert.
