need default styling on async exception responses somehow

    Description

      It is unreasonable to display the exception dialog the way it currently looks without at least some default styling. Figure out a way to make it look pretty by default without sacrificing the flexibility of letting people intuitively style it however they want.

          Jesse, if you feel we should be more, reopen this.

          Additional css is added if exception is dynamic (we could have also added that inline).
          It's true it's not currently possible to override that css, but i believe people normally
          create their own exception page when on production
