in chapter "Defining new Application State Objects"

"HiveMind module deployment descriptor" point to "site:hivemind" which is not a http link

"tapestry.state.ApplicationObjects" point to http://tapestry.apache.org/tapestry4.1/tapestry/hivedocs/config/tapestry.state.ApplicationObjects.html which is not found.
