[TAP5-682] Add client-side event triggered before a Zone is updated after an Ajax request

Description

At this moment we have a ZONE_UPDATED_EVENT, but it would be very useful to have a ZONE_BEFORE_UPDATE_EVENT. This event should be fired before ajax request sended and must contain some information about request: url, elementId... etc.
