Description

Through configuration and other means, allow the usage of Tapestry without Bootstrap. In addition, update Bootstrap 3 from 3.3.7 to 3.4.1, allow the usage of Bootstrap 4 and, if possible, provide some CSS so Tapestry can run without Bootstrap and not looking bad.
