Description

We should support TypeScript modules.
This should be pretty straight-forward, similar to what we do for CoffeeScript. We should only have to add the TypeScript compiler and compile the modules with the appropriate options (https://www.typescriptlang.org/docs/handbook/compiler-options.html).
