In Chrome the buttons in the Palette component do not appear greyed-out when disabled

      Description

      The CSS isn't correct; it's right for FireFox and IE, but Chrome (and, presumably, Safari) recognize opacity (not "-moz-opacity").

        While I'm at it, I'm fixing the cursor property to be pointer for the buttons when not disabled, default otherwise.
