Description

Change the rendering of form fields to use forward thinking form validation as described in http://www.alistapart.com/articles/forward-thinking-form-validation/

This enables better usability of users with modern (HTML5 compatible) browsers.

The required meta-data can be extracted out of the data type of the field and the validation annotations.
