Description

The patch supplied as part of TAPESTRY-2588 apparently got mangled pretty badly by IntelliJ IDEA. Although the file WAS UTF-8 encoded, the resulting patch was not. This leads to UnknownFormatConversionExceptions when most of the Danish messages are displayed, as the Windows-1252 encoding used in the patch file confuses java.util.Formatter.
