Description

French translation is missing messages for number format errors. Here is a proposition that could be added to ValidationMessages_fr_FR.properties :

integer-format-exception=Vous devez saisir un nombre entier pour %s.
number-format-exception=Vous devez saisir un nombre pour %s.

As there is no other french translation, I suggest that ValidationMessages_fr_FR.properties is renamed to ValidationMessages_fr.properties to be used by other french speacking countries like Belgium or Canada.
