    Description

      Similar to TypeSafe's HOCON (https://github.com/typesafehub/config/blob/master/HOCON.md) but more powerful and versatile JSR 363, the Java Units of Measurement standard allows configuring anything from 512K to 32Cel or 50bar just to give a few examples.

      Projects like PCP/Parfait (https://github.com/performancecopilot/parfait) demonstrate this for monitoring.
