Description

Render the current PropertySourceProvider for META-INF/javaconfiguration.xml/properties into a {{PropertySource}. This allows correct loading also under OSGI, which is not possible, since the loading time of the resources/property sources and the visibility are not the same in an OSGI environment. This allows having similar (and expected) behaviour in OSGI as in Java SE plain.
