[TAMAYA-20] Unit tests of tamaya-api contain wrong path, won't compile

Description

I checked out Tamaya recently and found, that unlike the GitHub source, tamaya-api won't build. The main package is created under "org.apache.tamaya" instead of org/apache/tamaya, thus tests are not in the right package and won't compile.
