Description

We need to update for HBase configuration as following:

• Use hbase:zk:// instead of hbase://
  http://tajo.apache.org/docs/current/table_management/tablespaces.html

• Add trivial comments for TableSpace
  http://tajo.apache.org/docs/current/hbase_integration.html
