start-tajo.sh should display WEB UI URL and TajoMaster RPC address

    Description

      Currently, it is hard for users to know the WEB UI URL and TajoMaster RPC address for TajoClient. It would be great if start-tajo.sh script display the WEB UI URL and TajoMaster RPC address when a Tajo cluster starts up.
