Description

The GIO test cases (at least MatrixGenerateReaderMMTest) are passed successfully even though compilation fails. This was spotted with a stale import of apache.commons.lang. The wrong import was fixed and the test cases compile fine now, but they should have failed before. This issue documents the problem that the test cases still need fixing as they don't seem to fail when they should (change back the import of apache.commons.lang3 to apache.commons.lang in MatrixCodeGen.java to reproduce).
