Description

 

Follow up to: SYSTEMDS-3428

 

This task is to reduce the amount of time individual github artifacts are kept around such that:

PR's only keep artifacts around maximum 7 days.

while main branch (On Apache only) keep maximum 30 days.

For intermediate artifacts that are constructed in a single run only keep a retention period of < 1 day.
