The text descriptions of input/output parameters are non-existing or inconsistent with the function signature in multiple builtin functions. This task should incrementally fix these documentation comments.

As a help for narrowing down remaining problems you can use and/or extend scripts/builtin/_genBuiltinDocs.py. This tasks can be split into multiple projects/tasks.
