Description
So far the resource optimizer, is only called from within SystemML in order to decide on a CP/MR memory configuration for YARN environments. This task aims to enable external calls (e.g., from command line) to this resource optimizer in order to embed it into automated scripts for determining and allocating necessary cloud resources.
