Description

Recently, Caffe and Tensorflow packages were included in the main jar (and related artifacts), so the licenses were updated to reflect this. Following this, Caffe and Tensorflow packages were removed from the main jar (and related artifacts). However, the licenses of several artifacts were not updated to reflect this.
