Description

For our upcoming 1.0 release, we should release the nn deep learning library as an official top-level SystemML library. This would coincide with our Caffe integration via Caffe2DML that targets the nn library, as well as our native BLAS and GPU runtime targets, which our deep learning use cases will benefit from.
