Description

In the suite of SystemML tests, the runTest() and runRScript() methods in AutomatedTestBase take a newWay boolean parameter that determines how DMLScript and R will be invoked. Having two ways to invoke DMLScript and R makes it difficult to follow the invocation logic. Therefore, if there's not a good reason to keep the 'old way', it should be removed.
