Description

Currently OutputStatement's toString outputs "write" in lowercase whereas a "READ" is displayed in uppercase. Extraneous spaces also exist in the toString output. The "id" is not explicitly mentioned although its value is there. The "iofilename" key should be mentioned, and the iofilename value should be surrounded by quotes.
