Description

Unused enums should be removed from the project because they are misleading.

Here is a list of unused enums in the project:

org.apache.sysml.hops.Hop.ExtBuiltInOp
org.apache.sysml.parser.Expression.ExtBuiltinFunctionOp
org.apache.sysml.runtime.matrix.data.RuntimeDataFormat
