If you create a new user (no admin privileges) + then log back in with that user, you see stacktraces if you click on "Users" and "Groups" in the dashboard (although not "Resources" or "Roles"). Instead the console should be able to just tell the user they are not authorized (maybe similar to how "Roles" handles it).
