Description

As improvement for SYNCOPE-856, provide a confirmation box after group create / update / delete which asks if members should be (de)provisioned according to last group modification, e.g.

1. provision all members to all resources in case of group create
2. deprovision all former members from all resources + provision all new members to all resources in case of group update
3. deprovision all members from all resources in case of group delete
