[SYNCOPE-545] Date field without conversion pattern specified goes in NPE if deleting date

Description

To reproduce the issue:
1) create a simple date schema without conversion pattern specified
2) edit or create a new user
3) edit date field previously created, the change focus pointing to another object in the window.
4) delete date field panel content and unfocus from date filed, you will see null pointer exception.
