[SYNCOPE-431] Provide debug logging for controller methods' input and output

Description

Currently some controllers' methods have LOG.debug() statements at the beginning and at the end of body, containing input parameters and output to be returned: it would be much nicer to bind such logic to improved audit per SYNCOPE-422.
