1. extend notification in case of failures
2. provide the possibility to define notification task for whatever event
3. create notification task per propagation task (if notification for propagation.<resource name> event has been defined)
4. create notification task per synchronization task and sched task (if notification for sync.<task>/sched.<task> event has been defined)
5. create notification task about global propagation status (if notification for propagation event has been defined)
6. extend NotificationManager.getNotificationTask(...) in order to provide generic parameters to be included into the e-mail template model
