When the backing list REST service supports pagination (for Users, for example), sorting the table rows by clicking on header values is limited to the page currently on display.
Because of pagination, sorting cannot take place only in the console code, but rather requires that some kind of "order by" is issued on the core side.
This would mostly imply some heavy search refactoring.
