Description

It seems that Self Keymaster is being chosen as deployment solution very often, much more than expected actually, so some improvements can be quickly applied:

1. enable Swagger UI for Self Keymaster REST endpoints
2. allow to optionally skip auto (un)registration operations during startup / shutdown of Console, Enduser, WA and SRA components
