Description

OpenSearch is a fork of Elasticsearch that has gained some traction especially in the AWS ecosystem.

The project provides its own Java client library, licensed under Apache License 2.0 and published to Maven Central, which can be leveraged to build an additional extension with same features as provided by Elasticsearch extension.
